Article I: The Country And Government

Section I: The Zae

The Zaxanat DaeZig Zae is an independent sovereign nation as defined by the Valstrazian Ziggist ideology. It was established by the communities of Vamont, NIKOnet (Sinsira) and DaeZae (Daezaer) on August 1, 2005.

Section II: The Imperial Circle

The Zaxanat DaeZig Zae will be a democratic absolute monarchy with all power vested in The Imperial Sovereign, who will have final say in all matters of the state and will rule by Imperial decree. The Imperial Sovereign will be elected from the Imperial Circle by the Council of Lords (See: Art. I – Sec. IV | Council of Lords). The Imperial Circle constitutes the royalty of DaeZig.

  • The Imperial Sovereign exclusively inherits the final Lordship of DeathZig and will be considered, while reigning, a DeathZig Lord.
  • The Imperial Sovereign’s title will be “His/Her Imperial Majesty, Lord of DeathZig, Empress/Emperor of the Grander DaeZig Empire”

The Imperial Circle will consist of those entities uplifted in honor by the years: The Daezaeka Order (including male members, “Daezaebo”) and the Council of Lords.

    Vamont, Sinsira and Daezaer retain the right to start subnational monarchies (Kingdoms), and Vamont exclusively reserves the right to claim the Carsiekan throne. In the event that one of these communities activates this right, their monarchies will automatically become part of the Imperial Circle.

Section III: The Administration

The Zae will be administered within the framework of the 2007 Zaegunsak. The Zae will be made up of Communities, each led by a Community Administrator and each possessing territory within cyberspace (See: Art. V | Communities). Each Community will be managed by a Community Administration appointed by the Community Administrator (See: Art: V – Sec. I | Community Administrator), consisting of the Secondary Community Administrator and lower levels of staff.

The Administration of the Zae will be managed by the Overseer of DaeZig. The Overseer is the executor of the Imperial Sovereign’s vision. The Overseer is elected once every 730 days by the people and subsequently appointed by the Imperial Sovereign. The Overseer is the second most powerful person in the Zae.

Section IV: The Council of Lords

The Council of Lords is made up of Lords appointed by the Imperial Sovereign. The Council of Lords manages all Appeals and Initiatives put forward by the people. The Council of Lords will elect a new Empress or Emperor from the Imperial Circle in the event that the Imperial Sovereign is either incapacitated long-term or resigns. The rulings of the Council of Lords are enacted by The Administration at its blessing. Rulings may be vetoed by agreement of the Imperial Sovereign and the Overseer.

Article II: Rights of the People

Section I: Freedom of opinion

Citizens will have the right to freedom of opinion. The opinion of a person is sacred and inviolable.

Section II: Freedom of speech

Citizens will have the right to free speech, and this right will be exercised without any kind of interference by the authorities. An exception to this is any statement which insults the Zae as an entity.

Section III: Freedom from discrimination

Citizens will have the right to freedom from discrimination. Sexism and Racism are unacceptable in any form. Equality must be the norm throughout the Zae with no staff giving any person or group an advantage over others.

Section IV: Right to privacy

Citizens will have the right to privacy. The Zae may never monitor the activities of a Citizen for any reason. If a foreign legal entity wishes to monitor a dual Citizen, they must do so themselves.

Section V: Right to appeal

Citizens will have the right to appeal any policy or administrative move. Whenever a Citizen states their displeasure with a policy or administrative action, they must be reminded of their right to appeal it.

Section VI: Right to Initiative

Citizens will have the right to put forward Initiatives. These Initiatives go directly from the people to the Council. No force in the Administration may hinder them.

Section VII: Freedom of expression

Citizens will have the right to express themselves freely in a non-destructive manner within reason as judged by their peers.

Article III: The Military

The Military Forces of DaeZig will be defined by the the Black Army, which is led by the Director of the Black Army. The Black Army has the duties of upholding the Zaegunsak, enforcing the will of the Imperial Sovereign and protecting the Zae from all enemies, foreign or domestic.

  • The Black Army has no operational boundaries but those set for it by The Imperial Sovereign.
  • The Black Army may establish bases in foreign cyberspace.
  • The Zae can not host bases for a foreign power.

Article IV: The Economy

Distribution of resources and services to Citizens will be managed by The Administration (See: Sec. III – Art. I | The Administration).

Article V: Communities

The Zae is made up of Communities. Each Community is controlled by a Community Administration which is headed by a Community Administrator.

Section I: Community Administrator

A Community Administrator is recognized as the highest authority in his or her Community. Community Administrators are elected by the people once every 730 days. Community Administrators have the right to appeal any policy or administrative move by the Overseer to the Council of Lords.

Article VI: Possessions

The Possessions will be governed by the Imperial Sovereign and the Overseer.

Article VII: Alteration of The Zaegunsak

The Zaegunsak may be altered by unanimous agreement of the Imperial Sovereign, the Council of Lords, the Overseer and all three Community Administrators.

Article VIII: Ideology

The ideology of the Zae will be Valstrazian Ziggism, which the Zae will adhere to unswervingly.

Article IX: Capital

The capital of the Zae will be NIKOnet District of Sinsira.

Article X: Symbols of the Zae

Section I: Symbol

The Vamontian Surpluz will be the symbol of the Zae.

Section II: Flag

The flag of the Zae will consist of the inverted DaeZae bicolor, white Vamontian Surpluz in canton, decorated with six V-Sign blue Carsiekan crystals centered in the black stripe.

Section III: Motto

The motto of the Zae will be “Sei-Qon-Si” (Prosperity, Heritage, Understanding)

Section IV: Anthem

The anthem of the Zae will be “Zii Zaul Vijardin’s Abk (All Hail The Victor’s Blade)”.

Article XI: Language

The Carsiekan language will be the formal language of the Zae, with English and Indonesian recognized as languages of the people. The Council of Lords will be responsible for the Carsiekan language.
